Our online ticket sales system will be renewed in January 2023 December 30, 2022

Ticket sales at the ticket offices of the Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden continue to be uninterrupted, due to the transformation of the online systems, the option to change tickets electronically will be temporarily suspended from January 1, 2023.

Please keep an eye on the page jegy.zoobudapest.com, where we will continuously inform our visitors about the details of the changes and where we will soon provide the possibility to buy tickets online. Our goal is to introduce a more efficient, more environmentally conscious and modernized system and thereby reduce the additional costs of our visitors on our new online ticket sales interface.

We hereby inform our visitors that unused tickets purchased online in 2022 are valid until June 30, 2023.

We ask for your patience and understanding during the transition period. We recommend that buy your ticket at our ticket offices during opening hours. If you need more information, our colleagues are waiting for your questions at info@zoobudapest.com .
