Recently, we regularly experience smaller or larger, longer or shorter periods of rain. However, this is not an obstacle, even then we await the audience with a full-fledged experience. After all, in our Zoo there are not only outdoor enclosures, but also indoor exhibition areas and animal houses.
Our zoo is open every day of the year, we welcome our visitors every day. Of course, the weather is not always the same, but we tried to design the garden in such a way that even in unfavourable weather, say in case of rain, there are plenty of sights where we are not exposed to precipitation.
One of our largest indoor exhibition spaces is the Magic Mountain located inside the Great Rock, which houses more than a dozen thematic exhibition areas waiting for visitors, starting from the Ancient Sea, through the Hall of Giants, all the way to the spaces presenting the world of arthropods. In addition, this complex is connected to the neighbouring Great Apes House by a glass-walled, covered corridor, where the audience can see the gorillas and orangutans.
The Palm House is also a large indoor exhibition area, where we give a taste of the animal and plant life of the tropical regions of the New World. There are anacondas, sloths, armadillos, and tamanduas here. Moreover, from the two-part central hall and the six connected side wings of the huge greenhouse, the Aquarium can be accessed through a staircase without having to go outside under the open sky.
Similarly prestigious is the Savannah House, the home of giraffes, gazelles, rhinoceroses, and numerous smaller African animals, which is also directly connected to a neighbouring animal house, the Elephant House, which is almost integrated with the Savannah House.
Of course, in addition to the three larger indoor exhibition complexes mentioned above, there are also numerous smaller ones. Near the Savannah House, there is the Shark School and Wildlife Rescue Centre, the Great Rock, and near the Magic Mountain you can find the Venomous House, the Madagascar House, the Elephant House, the Waterfront Life House, and the India House. In the vicinity of the Palm House, the Australia House, the Wombat House, the animal house belonging to the Australian trail, the Dragon House, the Crocodile House, and the animal house that is home to the giant otters offer a lot of sights to see.
