Useful info

• Please arrive in comfortable sportswear.
• Participation in the activity park is only allowed without shoes and without glasses; wearing socks is mandatory.
• If arriving by car, parking is available in PARKOLÓZOONA or along Állatkerti körút in paid parking areas.
• For public transport, we recommend trolleybus 72 (Zoo stop), the Millennium Underground Railway (Széchenyi fürdő stop), or tram 1 (Kacsóh Pongrác utca stop).
• Restrooms and a baby care room with diaper-changing facilities are available on level -2 of the Biodome.
• Dogs, balloons, scooters, and bicycles are not permitted inside the Zoo area, including the Biodome (see Visitor Regulations).
• Children under 14 may visit only when accompanied by an adult. The use of play equipment is recommended from age 5. Children under 5 may use the equipment only under adult supervision.
• For safety reasons, please remain in visitor-designated areas.
• Certain parts of the Biodome may be closed for safety purposes.
• We do not accept responsibility for unattended items or valuables kept by visitors.
• Bringing food and drinks into the facility is not allowed. Consumption is permitted only in designated areas.
• The exhibition is held indoors and can be visited in bad weather.
• We reserve the right to change opening hours.
• Rough, aggressive, or dangerous play is strictly prohibited.
• The equipment may only be used by children in good health.
• Bringing sharp objects into the facility is strictly forbidden.
• Participation in the activity park is at your own risk. Improper use of the equipment may result in injury.
• Failure to follow safety rules may result in removal from the facility without refund.
• Use of the facility is at your own risk. The operator is liable only for personal injury, property damage, or financial loss caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the operator or its representatives.
• Please follow staff instructions at all times.

Ticket Purchase Information

• Tickets purchased for PlayDome do not grant entry to the Zoo.
• Zoo discounts and annual passes are not valid for this exhibition.
• Tickets can be purchased online or on site by bank card, SZÉP card, or cash.
• Each ticket is valid for a single entry. During the winter break and on weekends, morning (10:00–14:00) or afternoon (15:00–20:00) tickets are available. Switching between time slots is not possible.
• Tickets are required for accompanying adults as well.
• If you require an invoice by bank transfer, please request it in advance at: jegy@zoobudapest.com
• Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
