It is prohibited to bring dogs, pets, or ornamental or hobby animals into the Zoo, as they pose an increased risk to animal health. The only exception is assistance dogs with the appropriate documents and vaccination certificates. The documents must be sent to the Zoo at least two working days before the visit via email to info@zoobudapest.com. The Zoo will send either a permit or a rejection in response. Assistance dogs are required to wear a leash and a muzzle during the visit. The owner is responsible for ensuring that the dog does not endanger the peace and safety of the Zoo animals and visitors. Otherwise, the Zoo reserves the right to immediately suspend the visit of the assistance dog.
